The draped bust design is featured on several different copper and silver coins made between 1795 and 1798. Points to check for sharpness of striking include the hair of Miss Liberty and the stars on the obverse as well as the center of the eagle on the reverse. Dentils on both sides should also be checked. As a type, this is one of the rarest silver coins.
