Large quantities were made of this coin and it was widely circulated in its time. Points to check for striking include the head of Miss Liberty and the star centers on the obverse as well as the leaves on the reverse. The dentils on both sides should also be checked. Some varieties of this type are rare although as a type the Liberty Seated coins are readily available.
